The 8 inserts are not always enough.

The 8 sends are not always enough (not necessarily per track, although that needs to be flexible too, rather, the ability to add as many buses as are required - esp. with a large orchestral score where one wants to do individual things - like add specific individual cross early reflections to a large number of instruments.)

So, commensurate with that, the 8 buses are not enough either.  One needs the flexibility to add as many buses as needed for sends.

Not having to page between inserts would also be welcome. Scrolling up/down would be better, with the ability to resize the mixer window vertically as a result.

And, lastly, the ability to choose whether sends are pre/post fader / pans please!

(Also, would be nice to have a VCA fader for sections and buses, borrowing from Studio One.)

Yes Please! this is the one thing that Studio One loses to pro tools!!

it would be great to have one send shared by different FX channels or busses.

Wrong program. I'm talking here about Notion. 

(S1's sends are already pretty flexible and one can accomplish the same in terms of multiple FX destinations as in PT fairly readily.)
