Question

Hi,

I did a factory reset on my mixer several months ago, thereafter installed the most recent update; mixer seemed to work fine.

Since then I have used the mixer a couple of times with no issues. Today I decided to turn on the mixer, I get nothing!

No lights, no power to the mixer.

Please help.

Looks like your mixer urgently needs a repair. If it doesn't boot, there is nothing left you can do. On this page you find some information where to go: http://www.presonus.com/support/repairs. If you are not living in the USA, contact your distributor (http://www.presonus.com/buy/international-distributors). For a repair the board needs to be registered.
