Should I return my speakers to the vendor for an exchange?

I purchased my Sceptre S6's February 17, 2017.  I just received them via UPS on 03/07/2017.  After powering them up for the first time, they both made a slight popping sound.  I turned the speakers on while the computer was on, and the sound occurred.  I also turned the speakers on while the computer was off, and still, the same sound occurred.  Today (03/08), it still pops in the same fashion.  Is this usual or is it possible I have lemons?

Sounds like there may be an issue with the monitors.

- if you are still within the return period, it would be suggested that you swap the out with the re-seller you purchased them from.
