I installed Studio One 3 Prime(free), and I am wondering if, or how it is possible to use Aria player, Garriten personal orchestra 5 as a plugin. If so, what are the steps?

No. As you can see in the comparison chart it would be available as an add on (VST support) in the Artist version and is standard on Pro version.
