It would appear that you do not have a device driver installed and are instead using Windows Class Audio which has the issue you are describing.
Make sure you have properly installed the ASIO Device driver. Get that from the vendors website for your product. Once it's installed, open up Studio One on the start page click "Manage Audio Devices", and select the UM-2 from the list.
