Question

I have created an account on the website, and registered my software with a product key. When I download it everything looks fine. As soon as I open the downloaded file to install it keeps saying that my account is invalid. Please help! I've been going through this about 10 times and reset my password to try and get this to install.

Sorry to hear about the recent issues you have been experiencing.

After making sure Studio One is completely installed on you OS X system, go to Applications folder and run Studio One from there.
