Question

I connected my Samsung Note 4 to the mixer via Bluetooth.  All volume levels on the phone were at the maximum.  I had to set the mixer's input level to the maximum and the Tape In fader to unity to get a reasonable output level.  Compared to our other input channels, the Tape In channel should have much louder at that point.  The signal was clear, but it was very quiet in comparison.

Bluetooth is a different Protocol, which follows it's own standards for operation. Not all devices will be the same, based on their own BT implementation.

Try comparing other BT enabled devices for playback. If you feel there is an issue, then please contact Technical Support by submitting a Support Ticket from your account. They will troubleshoot the issue further with you.
