How do I get my presonus audio box ione playback louder after recording in mixcraft 7?

I can't get studio to recognize my mic it doesn't record anything once I select record. Am I able to use this in audio box in another program because I have more success in mixcraft it at least records. Thanks in advance

Ensure you AudioBox is properly connected and installed to your computer.  If not, contact PreSonus Support for help.

Contact Mixcraft support for assistance with setup.
