Question

Current and new Dell PC:

• Window 10 Home
• Intel(R) Core (TM) i7-8700 CPU @ 3.20GHz  3.19 GHz
• 12.0 RAM  64 Bix  x64 processor

I have a PreSonus Audio Box that I purchased years ago.  When I downloaded Universal Control to use my AudioBox it no longer allows me to play any YouTube Video.

I found a few topics on this on your Q&A but they do not help.  

My Universal Control is current.  

Is there a setting I need to change on my PC?

I had the exact problem with Studio 1.  None of my media players worked, including Youtube. For Studio I had to check  "Release audio device in background" in the audio set up menu.  In UC un-check "Exclusive Mode" in the Windows Audio menu.  That should allow your others players and YouTube to work.
