It seems that the Studio Channel has similar drive and gain functions as the TubePre V2 and BlueTube DP V2 however I don't see XMAX anywhere in the description for the Studio Channel. The manual states " The preamplifier stage of the Studio Channel is based on the award winning PreSonus BlueTube preamplifier...".

Does this mean that they are similar but not identical? Would one be an upgrade of the other?

I also do not see "solid-state preamp" anywhere in the description of the Studio Channel. What would be the difference between having the tube drive on set on 0 on the Studio Channel, the TubePre V2 and the BlueTube DP V2?

Finally, the BlueTube DP V2 has "Dual Path" and "Tube Off" labeling that the other 2 preamps lack. What are the benefits of these features? Are they only available on the BlueTube DP V2?

I currently own the Studio Channel and I enjoy the compressor and eq features but was wondering if buying the TubePre V2 or the BlueTube DP V2 then inserting it via line input into the Studio Channel would be an upgrade over the its built in preamp and if so, would the BlueTube DP V2 be a bigger upgrade than the TubePre V2? Thank you

All 3 use the XMAX preamps.  There is essentially no difference apart from the immediate function and feature.  You would gain no benefit by connecting either the TubePr or BlueTube to a Studio Channel.
