Question

Hi, I have been recording all weekend and I was not able to monitor what was going back from Logic into my studiolive 24 s3 while recording . I guess it is a very simple stuff but not intuitive at all.

There are two ways to do it one is to route each channel from logic independently into a channel on to your mixer and sum through the mixer and then then send it back into logic on another channel to record it. . The other way to do it is to Route it to an axillary in on the mixer from your master in logic as a summed total. You'll have to go into your settings and select the tape monitoring settings and tell it to use the USB inputs. I can't think of the exact buttons you might have to press my way from the mixer at the moment but hopefully that will get you in the right direction.
