audio fragment in a midi track

Hi,

I would want to insert a short audio fragment into a midi track. S1 is connected with VE Pro 6.

So far I've established an extra audio channel, but it doesn't connect with VE Pro (doesn't even ask for it). So it is not routed through VE Pro, but directly to the S1 main output.

How do I proceed?

You can't put audio clips in a midi track Studio One.
