Question

I was installing the "Eventide 910 Harmonizer & 2016 Stereo Room v1" and following the instructions they gave and I realized that the serial I have doesn’t work.

As the instructions says: ""The Serial Number will be two letters followed by 6 numbers (i.e SR-######). The License Key will be 3 sets of 4 characters, a letter or a number, each; like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.""
And All I have is a serial number with 7 sets of 4 characters, a letter or a number, like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, and no license key.

How can I fix it?
When you insert the data in the eventide website (https://www.eventideaudio.com/user/126599/register) you need a license key and the serial and I have is something completely different

Thanks for all of your patience.  There was an issue over the holidays with the Eventide codes that were being generated.  The issue has now been resolved and you should now have the correct code in your my.presonus.com account under My Products>Add-ons.  

Please note that as of January 1, 2018, Eventide is no longer being distributed with the Studio Magic Plug-in Suite.  Those who registered a qualifying piece of hardware prior to January 1st, should now have the correct codes in their account.  Registrations that were done after January 1st will not receive the Eventide plug-ins.  Below you will find links to our knowledge base articles on the Studio Magic Plug-in Suite as well as Eventide...
