Rewire tracks not in Mix Down

First of all I am fairly new at this. I Have FL studio rewired through Studio One.  After i Bounce down a song all my tracks are in the final .wav file except for my rewired tracks. anybody know what the deal is? thanks

I was wondering the same. What's the supposed way to add my rewired tracks in the final mixdown?
