Question

Hi , I ordered the audio box studio one from kraf music, but in my order they didn't provide me the DVD installing. They only let me follow the website downloads many of the programs. Everything seem to be ok but I don't know what I miss, when I press record new song my microphone won't allow me to record in to the laptop when I speak to it. But when i wear the headphone I could here my self speak it just the park after I talk and record to see how it work it won't work. Please help me out that you

Make sure that the audio box is selected as the default device (S1 start page-configure audio devices at the bottom). If that is done, make sure that the correct input is selected for the channel you are recording to, and that you have the proper permissions on your pc to write files to the drive where you are recording the song information.
