How can I overcome a constantly repeating download fail while trying to update Studio One 3 Professional

I run Studio One 3 Professional on an iMac (Osx 10,13).

The problem is, if I try to run the update to Version 3.5.5 it says "Download failed" every time.

What can I do?

Same problem here.  I go into my presonus account and re-download studio one from there.  It seems to work but its annoying.
