I am using an Asus laptop with Windows 7. Both microphones are YetiStudio Blue models that plug into the computer via USB ports.

Perhaps you are new to recording, take a moment to learn about how your setup could work, and what your solution needs to be.

The Blue microphone is meant to be your entire audio interface with 1 input and 2 outputs (headphone L/R). It is designed to be your only audio interface. It does come with Studio One, yet if you have 2, there is no device driver that lets you combine them to be one interface. You can use ASIO4ALL to combine them into a single device using the systems WDM Drivers, however you won't get low latency using this method. This is community supported, we are unable to help you set this up or if you have issues with it. Here's a video referencing how to make multiple WDM Audio devices work together using ASIO4ALL.

This is easier to do on Mac OS you can setup an Aggregate Audio device that will gang the two devices together to make a single audio device that then can be selected in the DAW software. You'd still have the problem of having two different sets of outputs from each microphone that you'd have to mix together externally to hear your audio. It's not an ideal setup.

The better solution is get an audio interface (like our AudioBox USB or Studio 26) that has 2 microphone inputs and buy real (not USB) microphones with XLR / 1/4" outputs that then feed into the inputs of the audio interface through by cable, you can then record each one on it's own track to get what you want.
