When I turn on the high shelf button on my Mixer (Persons Studiolive 24 series III) it lights normally but doesn't work, it doesn't switch from Parametric to Shelving EQ but if I do the same from the UC on my Mac it works. The problem is only from the Mixer when I touch the display to turn on or off the high shelf and only on Sub groups (Main sub, Aux and subgroups either) and on the Main busses. It doesn't happen when I use the eq (with EQ Shelving) on others channels on the mixer. And it's just the High Shelf the problem not the Low Shelf on/off button (that works normally). I found that it happens just on the EQ with 6 bands not on that with 4 bands. Maybe is a problem of Firmware of the mixer itself?
