When you have purchased a used product from another person directly [ User/ **** Shop or even gifted an old unit from someone] and are in need a Product Key for Studio One (which is included with the new hardware purchase), you would need to make direct contact personally with the previous seller and or the actual owner (of the account in which the software is currently registered within), in order to get them to transfer their license of Studio One to you.
If the retailer/seller /owner of the account (where the key is currently registered) cannot be contacted, in oder to submit a transfer license request, we have no way of providing you a product key; nor can we just remove the property out of someone else's account.
We value our customer's privacy as well as the security of their accounts and assets registered within those account.
Bundled software is a feature of Brand NEW Product Purchased. if the original owner decided to keep or upgrade the software to the Professional Version; PreSonus cannot just relinquish their Artist license to you.
You can purchase Studio One from our website https://shop.presonus.com/products/software/studio-one-prods , purchase a copy from any number of Music Stores. Re-Sellers (like Sweetwater) or use another recording software of your choice; with your PreSonus product.
