For my live setup I like to subgroup all of my vocals and vocal fx into a subgroup and apply a compressor on that group to prevent a large increase in volume when large 3 part harmonies occur. (To help get around noise limit restriction systems)
I would love to be able to set a DCP group that included my vocal subgroup as this would allow me to have a volume control for my vocals in the DCP Masters view.
ps. Yes, I know I can create a DCP group to include all of the vocals and vocal fx but if I adjust them this way (lower or higher) this would be adjusting the volume before the compressor in the subgroup which would either push the vocals into compression or lower them so the compressor didnt work.
p.p.s I am sure there are lots of other uses for this too. :)
