FR: Add a option to set the starting point (Phase) of X-Trem.

When using X-Trem in Sync mode it would be very useful to have a Phase knob. This would allow to have two track automatically crossfade in sync to the beat. Or auto-panning two signals to the right and to the left (on the opposite side of each other) (Phase setting of one signal would be 180°).
