What dose 'Press SHIFT + Section to open Channel Visibility Configuration 3' exactly mean? I thought this is a switch of a view or a window but nothing comes out .

This points to alternative functions that could be applied.

There are 4 configurations you can modify.

Master =F1

Click = F2

Section = F3

Marker = F4

if you open your Studio Setup you can apply different Functions to these different buttons. You can also Set up any Foot-pedals here under User A.
