What would be a logical upgrade from the Presonus M7 mic at not too high a cost, for vocal recording (singing)

I'm interested in getting a better mic for use with Studio One/  Audiobox.  This is for vocal(singing) work.  Any ideas what would be a logival upgrade,  without going to high in cost?  Thanks!

Neumann 102 if you can, otherwise Rode NT1 or Audio Technica 4040.
Also check out Lauten Audio and Warm Audio for good budget mics.
