Studio One 3 installation path change

I moved my sound sets from a storage drive the main C drive after installing a larger SSD. I changed the installation path and options/locations/sound sets & Instrument library then restarted. I also removed the sound sets from the storage drive. After restart Studio One keeps defaulting to previous installation path and adds a non-existing path in sound sets. I have tried this multiple times with the same outcome. I'm going to delete all sound sets and try a fresh download/install to the main drive C today since I can't seem to get this right.

Why does the installation path keep defaulting to the original one even after I change it? Why does the location under options/locations/soundsets show a non-existing path when I remove it and restart?

Hopefully deleting, redownloading, and installing these will fix this issue. This is strange since I have moved the paths before on my old system with no issues. This is a new computer though.

After deleting these files & downloading them to the C drive I still have the same problem. I did notice that Studio One is not recognizing the true path of the files. I downloaded in Local disc>Users>Public>PublicDocuments>Studio One>Sound Sets. Even though I downloaded the installation there Studio One shows a slightly different path even after telling it the real path. It should show Public/PublicDocuments but it shows Public/Documents even after redirecting. Is that the issue? How do I fix it?
