Question

I have a Studio One 3 Artist OEM license, wich came with my nektar keyboard.

Can I use an artist to pro ugrade on that? Or am I required to buy the full pro license?

You can certainly upgrade! Simply go to your retailer, or the buy online and follow the upgrade link path and instructions. If you have registered your software in your 'My Presonus" you can go there, click on the "Studio one Artist" picture and you'll see a green "upgrade" button right next to the picture...
