I am trying to install Studio One on my WinXP SP2 machine. I have 16 characters the website is asking for 20 to 28

MS WinXP-SP2, Pentium D 2.8GHz, 2GB RAM, 1TB HDD.  Non network machine.

Presonus 24.4.2, Firmware 1.0 Bld 195

Studio One 1.6.4.14644, and Studio One 3 installer 3.1.1.35857 (purchased today) did not notice it was not for XP - 

Univ. Cont 1.5.3.1

The 16 characters is the activation code for your previous installation.

The Studio One Key is printed on the Cardboard fold out or packaging that you Studio One 1.6.5 came with.
