Question

I purchased a used Audiobox USB and am trying to install Universal Control  via the Personus website.  At the last step of the install  a window pops up asking me for my password. What password is it asking me for? I tried all the related passwords I know including my Personus account password but nothing works. Yes I did register my Audiobox USB on the Personus website.

I think it is safe to assume it is asking for the administrator password of your computer so it can finish the install.  Good luck!
