finding plug ins System suspension

I experienced this to and found that if you are network accessible it works seems like another bug that will need to be fixed .

I don't like being connected to the internet with my studio workstation but this is the only way I found to work around it is to turn on your network open Studio one then let it scan then I turn the network off after the scan is complete
