This is not a question, but i didn't see any answers for it when I was trying to figure it out on my own. I hope I can save anyone else with this problem a lot of time.
If you have registered a product that comes with Studio One and you can't figure out how to download it, check that the date is correct on the product registration section. If you have already registered the product you can deregister by going to the "my products" page, clicking on your product, and clicking, "deregister." You can then register it again with the correct date.
