I have been using studio one v2 for over a year at the latest revision. ~Then recently I have upgraded to v3 and the drop down menus are unstable. e.g. while trying to right click on a track to select normalise, the box flashes the disappears. It does this in other areas too. e.g selecting the input for the track on the left. Very time consuming and annoying.

I have checked on v2 and it still works fine.

My machine is 64bit and more than man enough for the software and apart from arturia vst synths and the free novation guitar rig and samples there is nothing else installed on the terra bit machine.

I have prime v3 installed on another 64bit (laptop this time) and it doesn't seem to do the same thing. I can only assume its a configuration issue? any pointers welcome.

If it helps: PC, Windows 7, Nvida drivers, Presonus 24.4.2 firwire. asus gforce gtx750n.

Hi,

Hopefully you  have set up your "my Presonus" account, and registered your hardware and software. My assumption here (ya, I know...) is an incomplete or corrupt download/install. So I would recommend you uninstall and reinstall from your account. Your account should have all your software, and content. Your hardware and drivers are there also. I always do my installations and driver installs from there, and make sure to get the latest versions to insure all our equipment will work together properly.

In the meantime, since it's a weekend, simply start a Tech service ticket, and if you don't need it you can always cancel it!  Then try the re-install see if that doesn't solve your issue!

Best regards!
