Is Dither applied automatically when changing bit depth in the Audio Batch Converter?

I note that in the settings for Studio One there is one checkbox for dither on or off during playback and export. For the Batch convertor, I would like to use a 3rd-party dither (airwindows) and therefore disable built-in dither without disabling in a Studio One session...
