Question

I purchased Notion for ipad a long time ago. Then I stopped playing piano for quite a long, and now, when trying to start again with piano, Notion is not working. It does not open existing scores, and when creating a new one, the app simply exits.

Notion for ipad is supposed to continue working on ios catalina on the ipad ? If not, what other app can work on the ipad doing something similar ?

according to https://www.presonus.com/products/Notion-for-iOS/tech-specs it should work on iOS 8 and later. Check the Apple App Store for an updated version. If you did not use it for long time, there is a chance that Apple iOS got updated in the mean time and that your installed version of the app is not compatible anymore.

I have deleted the app and loaded again. The same tesult. I have tried to create a ticket but there is no way to save it. I'm going to resign, leave Notion and buy SymphonyPro. These are the kind of things that make you leave a software company.

Now it is working. I don't know what has happened, if there has been some app update, but now it works like a charm.
