Question

Hello All

I am a newbe to DAW.  I have a new Tascam Model 24 mixer connected to Studio One Artist v4 via USB on my Windows 10 PC, and I cannot seem to get them connected,  when I click the Configure External Audio Device , I can see the Tascam mixer in the Studio One box, but Send To and Receive From says  not connected ?  Can anyone help me with this?

I can't answer your question because I am having the same problem. Did you figure it out?

Check your windows audio settings and make sure the Tascam is the default audio device. Also, you might need to get the Asio4all driver. My model 16 doesn't work with window very well. If you install Asio4All, in studio one select the asio4All as you audio device.
