After installing the product, I tried to register the product by entering the product key. But I found out there was a problem with my account linked to Facebook, so I created a new account, deleted the existing product, and tried to reinstall it. However, I cannot install this product under my new account.
The following message keeps popping up when you try to buy.
"Sorry, you allady have this product registered to your account. If you are going to be active, please contact support."
I can't speak English because I'm Korean.
