Acorn instruments masterkey 49 serial number invalid.

When I try to register the keyboard serial number it says it is invalid.

That is correct. Acorn is made by Acorn, you won't be able to register the keyboard with my.presonus.com

The bundle it came with has a registration card with a serial number that will register everything that comes with the bundle.
