This is a used unit. Using guitar to instrument input with instrument button engaged, and XLR output to board. None of that matters. No instrument, different mixer channel, *all* equipment off except the Tube Pre and the mixer, no change. Just a thumping noise. Thanks in advance for any knowledge or suggestions.
