Fader does't work ant the light are off.

Yesterday my Faderport was running perfectly. Today, witho changing firmware or software, nothing, is running bad. The fader does0t wiork, and the lights are off. I'm runing studio one. I have the last versión of firmware.  

I can use the bottons, buth the fader not, and the lights are off .
