Question

When using my Mackie controller I'm currently routing it through the AudioBox USB because I lack a few cords. Once i get the words to hook the Mackie directly to my computer will Studio One 4 recognize it? Or will i have to continue routing through another piece?

The Mackie 802VLZ4 is a simple hardware mixer.  It does not have any computer connectivity of any kind.  It does not have USB, Firewall, Thunderbolt, etc.  You computer will never see it as an audio interface or control surface, therefore, Studio One will not see it either.  Sorry. You will have to keep routing it through an audio interface if you want to record through it into your computer.
