Question

I have not received a product key for my order. It doesn't appear in My Products. I cannot raise a ticket - website returns an error. Email just returns an auto-reply to raise a ticket!! No phone number to call. No response, no help Sweet FA!!!!!

I am sure I posted an answer here this morning stating I was going thru the same issue. Paid for, no license. No ticket answers. No product key available. And someone erased my answer. Well... here is my anaswer once again...until I receive my paid for product key.

Also paid for Notion 6, did not receive a key and it's not in my products.

Another one!!

I Paid for this last Friday... I called Sales and was kept on hold for 1 hour... never connected! I contacted Tech Support thru the site... the only answer I got from them is that 'I should contact Tech Support' for this issue, What?? I was a Tech Support....

Driving me nuts...
