Question

So I recently bought a PreSonus Studiolive 16.0.2 for my home studio and it is working great so far. However, when I try to utilise it as an audio device on windows 10 via firewire cable, I can only get the 1st and 2nd channel to act as audio inputs while the rest dont seem to pick up audio and send them through. As for Studio One, all channels record fine. Its just the audio device issue I'm having trouble with.

For example, if I'm in a zoom meeting and I'm using my Studiolive 16.0.2 as an microphone device for it, only the microphones connected to the first 2 channels will pick up audio and send it through while any of the mics on the other channels dont send through any audio.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated

Zoom will only input audio from channel 1 & 2.

I am having the same issue here.  The below answer in incorrect, that is windows that is limiting it to channel 1 & 2.  Have you found a solution for this yet?
