S1 artist license with studio 1810c

Hi, I registered the studio 1810c interface but I haven’t get the included artist license. Anyone has this problem ?

Hi,

I've got the same problem... I've registered the PreSonus AudioBox iTwo and downloaded Studio1 Artistsoftware but it keeps showing that I'm on the Prime free software.
