I am using Studio One 2 on a Mac OSX 10.9.5, and I am starting a film score. I am currently unable to drag my it is an MPEG - 4 movie into the project. I have looked online for info on using video, and the sources I have found (e.g. Obedia "How to work with video in Studio One 2" and Ask Audio "Working with video in PreSonus in Studio One") have said to simply drag and drop files into the project, not mentioning enything about file type or size limitations. When attempting to drag and drop in my project, the program will not accept the video - it does not show any warning, no error windows come up, it simply does not allow me to drop the file. Anyone know how to fix this?

It may be an unsupported codec, the MPEG.  What application rendered it and/or can you render it again to Quicktime or aomething?

It was edited on Sony Vegas Pro and is already in Quicktime.

Did you drag it into the Video window directly?
