I have a new StudioLive 32SX that I setup brand new in box at the end of Apr. 2020, updated to firmware 2.3.16845 at the time of setup, connected to a custom built AMD Ryzen 5 2600 PC running the latest version of Windows 10 running Universal Control v3.2.1.57677, and an iPad 7 on the latest iOS and UC Surface 3.2.1. I recently had the gain on channel 13 automatically reduce itself in 1dB increments about every minute or so, accompanied by intermittent colour shifting in the button back lights, where the colour would be normal, quickly change shift at the same time the gain reduced, then go back to normal. I closed Universal Control on the computer and turned off the iPad wondering if either was causing it. I then did a hard reset of the mixer and it now appears to be working correctly. Is this just a fluke from a bad boot? Everything has been working very well since the setup at the end of April.
