You need to log into your https://my.presonus.com account.

Click on Products

Click on Hardware

Click on your StudioLive 24Ai mixer

Click on the Red button that says "Deregister"

The Mixer and all accompanying software will be removed from your account.

When the new owner registers the mixer, they'll get a registration for the mixer and Studio One Artist License.

That's it.
