Can I sell the beats that I make with loops through studio one to someone that would like to purchase them?

Completely depends on the policy of the loop maker. Some companies allow it, others don't. Unfortunately, I don't know Presonus' policy.

PreSonus owned content is royalty free. So that means any loops that are in Studio One, PreSonus owned content from the Shop, and all the content that is included with PreSonus Sphere are Royalty Free.
