I purchased an upgraded version of Studio One Professional 5 yesterday.
After that I installed and activated it, I performed a full installation and got an error-like message and the download was interrupted.
I was then able to use Studio One Professional 5 itself, but I was unable to download it during the earlier failed installation.
Since today morning, before I purchased the software, I was getting an error and failure when I hit the confirm update button.
At this time, when I press the confirm update button for Studio One Professional 5, it now says "Your version is the latest", but I am unable to resume the download that I wanted to fully install.
I also tried to reinstall it, but was unable to do so.
I went to the product page on the PreSonus site to see if I could re-activate it, but it says 0/5 Activations and not activated, and I can't deactivate it.
The version I was using before the upgrade was Studio One Professional 4. Of course the 4 was working fine.
