Question

Hi we have an older Studiolive 24.4.2 and are swapping it with a 24.4.2 AI board from a friend.  Is it possible to back up everything on the boards and put swap all settings via universal control?

Im having troubles with universal control and the AI.
I have saved a back up of the old board with universal control but I cannot get the AI to connect properly.  Almost everything in universal control is black/greyed out and doesnt work.  Im not locked out, I have the code and nothing is locked.

The StudioLive 24.4.2AI uses Universal Control v3.3 where the Classic StudioLive 24.4.2 uses Universal Control v1.7.6

Its not possible to move over the settings.
