Faulty, Cycle record breaking, not working-Refund, ACCC

Today I found out even the cycle record doesn't even work, its stopping whilst  am trying to lay down a solo, the sound and computer literally stopping, not saving the recordings, but it doesn't even give me a warning or actually crash,  this is ridiculous. 

Now, I am going to submit a complaint with the ACCC in my country, to have my money refunded. 

The Australian Consumer Competition Commission / Consumer affairs, deals with these issues because you choose to sell into our country. 

I don't have to lose $440 for a product which doesn't even work, and I can't use, that's the law. No other DAW on my brand new computer drops audio during record.  This is a Ryzen 5 3600 CPU, 32GB DDR4 RAM, Internal Samsung M.2 SSD Drive. and a brand new Scarlet 4i4 Gen 3, interface. 

There is too many issues with your software, and the manual is poorly written and doesn't answer many questions a new user has. 

I could list them for you, but you don't really care.
