I'm using studio one 3 on my Mac mini with Sierra iOS & a Focusrite scarlet 18i20
Intermittently my mix will break up & bogg down.. what to do?

You may be overloading your processor. Try setting your device block size (buffer size) within Studio One to a higher value to relieve some stress on your computer. If that doesn't work I would recommend submitting a tech support request through your user account at my.presonus.com under the support tab.
