Can you download the presonus studio 1 software to a hp pentium chromebook?

Before I purchase the digital download I want to be sure that it will work with my chromebook.

No, unfortunately it's not going to run on a Chromebook if your Chromebook is running Chrome OS.  You need a PC running Windows 10 (64-bit only) or a Mac running macOS 10.13 or higher (64-bit only).
